Spirit Gem Issues On Ranger Character

Hello Grinding Gear Games Support Team,

I’m writing to report an issue I’ve been experiencing with Spirit Gem skills on my Deadeye Ranger.

Initially, I encountered problems with Wind Dancer, where the spirit would be consumed but the skill effect would not properly activate or function in-game. More recently, I am now experiencing a similar issue with the Rhoa mount spirit gem.

When I activate the Rhoa mount:

The game behaves as if the spirit is successfully consumed

However, the Rhoa mount does not appear in-game

No visual or gameplay effect occurs from the spirit gem ability

At this point, the only Spirit Gem that has remained fully consistent and functional for me is Herald of Thunder. All other Spirit Gems I’ve tested on this character appear to consume spirit without applying their intended effects.

I’ve tried re-equipping the gems and re-logging, but the issue persists. If there are any known interactions, passive tree conflicts, or additional troubleshooting steps I should try, I’d appreciate the guidance. I’m also happy to provide character details, screenshots, or a video if that would help with investigation.
