Market not showing tiers of modifiers

Not sure if this is a bug or an intended change that was made but the in game market no longer shows what tier a modifier is when hovering over it with your cursor. Makes it very difficult to know what im looking at and makes using the in game market very discouraging. It was not like this previous to the 0.4 patch
