Minimap is scrolling down the screen on it's own

Sometimes when I am entering a map, my overlay minimap will start to move down the screen until you cannot see it any longer. When I hit tab to swap between the overlay and the minimap on the top right corner, it only moves the overlay map back to the middle of the screen. It then immediately moves down the screen again.

It seems relaunching the game works for a short time but it always comes back.
