Game breaking lag

In endgame is where I started to notice it. Constantly lockstep lagging. And huge spikes loading bosses that cause a soft client restart, sometimes it loads and recovers and sometimes you get put back to the loading screen. I went ahead and uninstalled but I’ll let you know my specs below and what I’ve tried.

9800x3d
5 gen Nvme with heat sink
Rtx 5080
DDR 5 6000 30cl ram
B650 extreme mobo
Fiber optics internet

Max graphics setting
Min graphics settings
Everything in between
Forced Poe 2 to run full power gpu
Cleared shader cache
Tried Canada California and Texas servers
Multithreaded on and off
A ton more I can’t think of off the top of my head


Game is awesome but the lag is consistent. I’m out
