Able to access hideout early

im playing the new poe 2 league on my druid currently a level 30 shaman i am just made it to deshar in act two and i opened my map to see a new button to go to my hideout i did not have before i do not know if it appeared recently or its been there a while but i do not remember seeing it in act 1 i know that you can unlock your hideout for future characters by unlocking it once but i have never made it far enough to unlock it before on any poe2 character the farthest i have gotten is way back on my mercenary in the league where huntress came out and i only made it to act 2 cruel before i stopped playing due to work and health reasons this isnt really a bad bug nor does it break the game in any way as i cannot access the map device or crafting stations i have not unlocked but i figured id report it to let the devs know if they don't already
