the abyssal lich ascendancy skill "abyssal apparition" spends power charges to cast damaging spells.
When using the skill "entangle" while having power charges and "abyssal apparition" active, the power charge is spent, the apparition has a short visual, yet the spell is not cast!

after some further testing, the apparition that spawns when trying to cast entangle persists! In the top left corner, where numbers of minions are shown, the abyssal apparition count keeps going up.
Im at 12 apparitions now, this is clearly a bug
