Skeletal Arsonist's attack failed against the Titan boss

While in Act II, the Titan boss, I just switched to Skeletal Arsonit; however, during the boss encounter I noticed that the boss's heath was not dropping all, and the Skeletal Arsonit's attack wasn't reaching the boss.

Please fix this issue!
