Exalted peddlers rain doesnt work

I just bought this for PoE 2, and it doesn’t work because everyone uses instant buyout. What’s the point of selling this if I can’t even see it happen? I sell items from my vendor all the time, people come to my hideout, and I’m standing right next to them when they buy—so why doesn’t it work with instant buyout?

Also the rain shows different color. Ive bought the exalted version (golden), but the decoration is chaotic.
