Sunsplinter graphic / model is clipping through the character's arm

The 3D model for the Sunsplinter Unique item is rotated weirdly, that it clips through the character model's arm holding it. Current character is a Witch / Blood Mage. Unsure if this exists for the other characters.

This only seems to be the case for the character preview when opening the full screen inventory using a controller.
