Box images for who is in the party are having bugs

We just entered the Apex of Filth act 3.
Playing Xbox series X and PS5.

The Xbox shows a blank empty square for the party member (and the rhoa shows fine)

The PS5 doesn't show the other party member at all. Not showing the leader*
Yet we are still getting exp.
