Trialmaster Bug with Witchhunter Concentration Ascendency

Was excited to fight the trialmaster having completed by 4th ascendency on witchhunter. It seems that the break concentration ability bugs out the attack where trialmaster projects where he will aim his three consecutive slams and does not telegraph them and then they appear much later, which one shotted me
