Equipment stats appearing for a second then disappearing

Idk what it is, but when I put these boots on the stats at the bottom of the screenshot will show for a few seconds then disappear.

This shows your current recharge. When you equip ES sandals, your total ES becomes not full and recharge is activated (and this is shown in the stats). Then, your ES becomes full.
