INTEL ARC B580 CRUSH!!!!!

The Intel Arc B580 graphics card is completely unable to play Path of Exile 2 version 0.4. When I use the DX12 renderer, the frame rate drops to around 6, making the gaming experience extremely terrifying. When I tried to switch to the Vulkan renderer (which performed relatively well in version 0.3, although not outstanding), the game would crash directly, and no matter how I tried, I couldn't solve this problem. This makes it impossible for me to play this game. I've heard that POE 1 also had this issue. Can GGG address this problem for Intel Arc graphics cards? We really need a smooth and comfortable gaming environment.
