Transforming Weapon Switching Bug

First of all, when I use quarterstaff and use charged staff, he will normally have a shockwave, when I use talimans and turn into a wolf, such as using a leap attack and then switching back to quarterstaff, then his shockwave will disappear, unless I re-equip quarterstaff.
