only 22 of 24 passive points and i can not get the last 2 Points

Good evening,

in my screen you can see that i only hpave 22 of 24 passive points that you can get after playing the whole story.

I checked some guides, i asked google, i wrote support, i killed some sidebosses, made first trial, leveled, searching on every low level map again and wasted 2 days for searching.

I found a command /pasivess that dont function anymore

Support can not help anymore and just said i can post here and hope for some luck for some freindly persons help

I play poe2 first time in my life and this is my first season too ofc.
So maybe i am not a pro and made some mistakes, but i am very sad that it is so hard to find some missing quests, points, rewards :(
