Polcirkelns ring is still not shattering chilled enemies as intended

I hate on death effects. Im swarmed and pused to a corner to barely survive to then die to 12 demon on death effects Im acually fighting to negate please its been bugged since abyssal. Please even full ice wolf ant saving me as the ring and chill from hits are buggy
