Quiver Disappeared in Well of Souls

I went to put quiver into the well of souls to reveal desecration, but realized I didn't have it open yet. Released the quiver, which usually drops it on the ground, but it is not on the ground and not in the well of souls. I have relogged, toggled item lables on and off and still the quiver is gone.
