Can't progress "The Search" quest in Act 4 after Benedictus fight

I died during the boss fight with Benedictus in The Excavation zone. The boss died shortly after because I inflicted bleeding. After he died, I saw a cutscene, loot dropped, and the objective in “The Search” quest changed to "Enter the Excavated Site". After that I respawned next to checkpoint just before the boss arena. I can't progress now, because I can't enter the Excavated Site. There is no prompt at the door to the next location. The boss is not spawning now so I can't do the fight again. I tried teleporting to town and back. Exiting the game and logging in again doesn't help neither.
