Patch Updates Ruins Waystones

Upon your patch updates, it ruins the map by making the sync with movement commands feel like they are over 100 milliseconds off at least. When you exit the game and return even after the patch updates, it is still unplayable when re-entering the map. When you portal out back to the hideout, the play is just fine. Re-entering the map again, it is still ruined. Even restarting the computer, upon re-entering the map it is still unplayable. Please help this to stop happening. It is getting expensive.
