[Atziri's Contempt BUG's] Primal Strikes + wrong DMG Scaling

Bug 1 - Primal Strikes interaction error

My PrimalStrikes cannot cause the Bloodstone debuff. I tried the base Spearattack, the base Spear Throw, Lightning Spear, THudnerous leap, they all do it.

I also checked that Primal Strikes is a pure Spearskill by wording, i removed the Crescendo II i use, for bug analysation reason, still bugged, i unspecced from Melee Strikes Splash Notable just in case, still bugged.

I hope it gets addressed in the next hotfix, cause it really just seems like a minor backend issue.

If someone level 78 wants to equip that spear and use that skill for testing, post it here in the forum, cause maybe its a weird interaction with something else on my build, who knows.

edit: my guess is that is has something to do with an error with the coding of "payoff" with primal strikes, just a wild guess. Primal strikes cannot shock because it consumes shock. Shattering Spite is also a "payoff" skill even tho the keyword is missing, it cannot generate bloodstones cause it consumes bloodstone.

and since primal strike is the only spear skill that doesnt work, maybe it has something to do with that, both are payoff skills.

Bug 2 - wrong key-wording and DMG scaling

Shattering Spite is an ATTACK - Aoe - Physical - Fire - Lightning

One would assume you can scale the skill with Attack Area Damage but it doesnt change the tooltip, "area of effect for attacks" on the other hand does apply.

However, "increased Melee Damage" does scale this skill even tho it does not have the keyword "Melee", nor "projectile", just "aoe" which makes total sense. So why is it considered a melee skill but not an AOE skill for scaling? THis has to be an oversight.

Proof 1 that the game considers this skill as melee further, is the fact that i can gain Rage from passives " Gain 1 Rage on MELEE hit".

Proof 2, while Stat scaling considers this skill a Melee Attack, "Infernal Cry" which empowers - Melee Attacks - does not empower Shattering Spite.
