Bugged unique map - The Silent Cave

2 issues. One is a bug, the other not sure.

1. Died in map. Revived, but boss now in stasis inside Essence. Unable to click to unlock boss. Unable to create new instance. Can't complete map.

2. How I died was because boss spawned 3 mini aoe flame-seed like attack at different spot. I stood inside one of the safe zone but the other 2 aoe overlaps on the safe spot and when it goes off it instantly killed me. I don't think this is a fair mechanism. You wanted us to do the mechanic and dodge but this mechanic cannot be completed or dodged. Only choice is to run far away of all the aoe and wait for it to go off.
