two health flasks. replace one with sulphur? consecrated ground drops a ground life regen.
I think you have a few point sin damage, that can be swapped to survival, for now.
the 3 in depth perception. swap those 3 to the 3 in golems blood.
that jewel is weak. either get a better one, or swap those 2 points, elsewhere for now. Phase acrobatics. or lethality. I see you moving to quickstep. while nice, its not nearly as strong as lethality.
while I hesitate to say drop life points.. the two past revenge of the hunted are questionable.
Essance sap probably overkill. try dropping it, see if you have mana problems without it. then try the next point as well.
consider swapping those two to the lifeleech, and life/mana leech in duelist, near vit void.
3300 approx life.
Caped on resists except chaos (-60).

As I am playing only HC and wanted to make bow guy can anyone tell me if duelist with his champion ascension is superior with his perma fortify, to ranger? If yes then I was wondering about this build as someone posted before:

yeah, offhand I would say get a bit more.
I feel "fairly safe", with 3500 or so. using Arctic armor, nonstop granite flask, and phase acrobatics, cwdt+IC. But even then, still not rock solid for lab. ok for softcore, but probably wouldn't in HC.
my first run had more dps problems then survival. was at 3500 hp iirc, and 8k dps TS fully frenzy/flasked.
now, actually lost hp with gear, I too am like 3300-3400. But dps is up to 11k.

Probably not well, Voltaxic scales from different things. Almost 50% dmg notes would be a waste here (basically all phys nodes).
You are better off looking elsewhere for it.
