Well I got lvl 79 with this "build" somehow and must say that playing it is just a misery, I'm sorry for spending time on it, never played such unbalanced and squishy build before. Will recommend it to noone for sure. This thread has more than 900 pages and ts cant even update it normally with pictures and video clips. And as it was written previously skill tree is just a disaster. Dislike for sure. The only fact it became so popular is because of the filter, i dont have any other ideas

I feel the same way... It's sad because I'm new to the game and I wanted a solid build, but this feels rushed and inconsistent. I'm level 74 but I already feel the problems that I hadn't felt before with other builds, for example PewPewPew Firestorm.
I don't recommend this guide for anyone. I only followed this build because of the "fame" of NeverSink because of the Loot filter. I suppose that was stupid by my part.

I'm running it like that now with phys/light and signal fire. Works well. Little less aoe dps since it only pierces once atm, but i can freefire kill rares a lot faster.

The League hasnt even been out for 2 weeks yet and everyone is going nuts over this. Neversink has a life and also plays this game as well. As for survivability, There's a post that even stats "Focus on defense". If you're going for balls out damage over your hp/res, no crap you're gonna get one shot. You're a BOW character. You shouldnt be facetanking anything. And the build is built around being mobile. We have CWDT/Eva/Acrobatics for those moment when we cant escape. The layered defense is a last resort. Your PLAYSTYLE is the first. I'm 83 now as the scion and I can say with complete certainty that I only die when "I" do something stupid. The build also states that you can ADAPT it. Need more HP? Take more nodes. If you have to choose between that 400dps bow that keeps you at 4k hp or gear that caps your res and throws you over 6k....Choose the damn gear. A dead DPS does no DPS. Bosses are stronger as well. They got hp buffed so this build isn't going to kill bosses as fast as it used to. And that's the same for ALL builds until you start dumping tons of EX into it. It's over 900 posts and 850+ are complaining/asking questions that have been answered into the ground.

That'd be a great argument if any relevant updates were ever made to this guide since around 2.2 or so. One would think, on a logical basis, that simple tweaks could happen to address small and repeated questions. It could be too hard to do so. I mean for a fucking Conc Effect image there's been pages of questions asked.

900 pages yes, but the last 200-300 pages are pretty painful to read, I agree when it first came out in like Patch 1.2 people were all over it. Lately the guide makes no sense, as I pointed out his logic with Pathfinder is absolutely bullshit and it still is insanely strong, better than these Scion combinations or whatever he's trying to do.

And no, this is not an "Adapt" situation where you can realistically expect people to leave this guide, go forth and find one of the many items in this game and figure out that somehow Signal Fire and Vinktar are fucking insane. You sure found out, but not directly through this thread, likely through other people bringing external information in. That sounds like a poor guide.

Btw the "Adapt" argument is less relevant these days if you make content. People mostly just copy + paste. You can say it's a people problem but that's your market, and the demographic of the people within the market. So your rant on that part at least really doesn't hold any weight to it.
