It's hard to say since other affixes like crit. Chance/ Multi. and attack speed musst be taken into acount.

A great way to find out is using path of building to compare Current Wand with the Wand you might want to buy.

A Piscator is hard to beat it in terms of cost/ performance.
There are other slot's that deliver more dps for their costs.

Something else I was wondering is how does Piscator w/ Culling strike compare to rare wands? It seems that 10% cull is actually quite strong.

hey, i'd really like a wander build. i have 20 ex saved up. how much do u think this build costs to be good but not highend. like clear all content pretty smooth.

20 ex sounds much for me but seems like u need waaay more to get really good items for wander.

for example when i use the 6linked armour, the unique wand and the other suggested uniques without enchants. will that be good or is the missed dps and maybe t2 life on rares weak?

Yeah getting cull on it is nice.
If you can snipe one for a good price, go for it.

Since the wander hype is strong everything costs a lot.

Everything besides 6th link, point blank, dying sun/ vinktar and +2 barrage aka. Key-item's won't increase the dps. a lot but it will add up.

How does it affect kinetic blast? I understand that barrage would need those key items to boost dps, but in your videos i see your KB shots are all 1 shot kills (your tool tip shows 50k dmg) but as i'm running now i can barely get it over 10k dmg. I know I'm missing a couple nodes, but i don't see why or how there's such a huge gap between my KB and your KB damage.

edit: you were at 11k dps without any rings or amulet and a random wand. Although that's barrage damage, i'm sitting at 3k KB damage equivalently. Would leveling up the gems close that gap by much?

well, 3B2G1R is much easier to obtain via vorici, you can use slower proj instead of crit damage. As for other chests, if you dont mind running slower, any generic chests works fine for a wander TBH, I was using a belly for the longest time and wasnt even aiming towards a QOTF until I got extremely lucky with fusings. Managed to kill guardians fine with the belly.

You still don't have reached the last Wand node's in the Tree, also Gem's are missing Quality.
I don't see any Acc. roll on your Item's, assuming that your chance to hit is not 90% or above.
Also something i would fix.

i was play windripper pathfinder when 2.6 legacy league, i play all red map at lvl 80~

but my wander character is hard to get down tier 8~10 boss...

i think wanderer is not weaker than windripper, i dont know what is my ploblem...

First of all, Vinktar with "added lightning x-x to SPELLS" isn't doing anything for you.

Also, you are missing Crackling Speed and Arcing Blows nodes (later on also Throatseeker.
I would drop Revenge of the Hunted for nodes I listed above, it's not doing as much.
That's for starters. Your gear isn't bad, but of course, there is a lot of space for improvement :) Try upgrading jewelry, WED on it gives a shitton of dps, especially for non-piscator users.

Gear looks fine, you can possibly sacrifice some hp% for more damage on tree, or just level a bit more, consider getting lab enchant on boots and instead of using HoI CoH setup which is useless for bosses, try something like CoH-Orb of storms-Proj weakness-power charge on crit. Projectile weakness gives a ton of damage, also, look for a lightning penetration vinktar instead of + to spells, i bought mine for 30c and it gives 100k~ dps to my build compared to a +attacks which costs 4-5ex and gives 200k.

DPS Nodes you can grab on tree are: Arcing blows, Crackling speed, Heartseeker, Throatseeker and Forces of Nature
