Unique Threshold Jewels that applied to specific skills have had their attribute requirements reduced to 40, from 50. They also no longer require those attributes to be allocated.

Is this build good for start in new lague ?

Going to make this my league starter this league.

I played it for my 2nd character in breach after league starting as flameblast.


This was my final setup. Everything was clearable deathless. Farmed shaper/guardians over and over. The claw nodes changes should make it even better. I am excited to play this build with the node changes. Just hoping the AOE isn't nerfed much. Good luck everyone in the Legacy league

Question - as someone who has maybe 80-100 hours of playtime throughout a whole league, is this a build that I can use to clear all end game content? I want to see everything before 3.0 comes out if possible

Yes, this build is designed for end-game. It can and does clear all end-game content. You can even use a budget version (i.e. added chaos setup with hits can't be evaded) and it still will melt everything. The end-goal is to get scourge claws as they provide a huge damage boost over any other weapon.
