How do you combat the mana cost? I have all the Mana Regen nodes and I am curious do you HAVE to have vinktars or can you sustain it without and if so how do you sustain it? Wasn't sure if you had mana leech on jewels somehow.

Curse on Hit + Orb of Storms + Warlords Mark (+PCoC) is a nice option. You can also use the boot enchant for dual leech.

When i import my char into Path of Building i end up having lower dps with Empower 4 than with added chaos 21/20. Changing my bad vaal rolls to 21/20 had no effect so i was wondering as to why Empower 4 is the better 6L choice. |

I noticed most people using this build did not hit the resist cap on their gear. I'm sure its better to have more resist but not necessary for the build to function. So my question is what amount of resist should I aim for and what resist can I sacrifice the most to make this build work.
