You can still get the 2 % from the minor node. I don't think its that bad without overcharge. The charges are mostly up during map clear but not during bosses anyway and since the spark proj speed, dmg and duration was buffed, it should still clear very well.

just out of curiosity, do you guys think that elementalist could be another good choice to run this build as well?

I think it will work but wont be as efficient. I think the crit/ignore resist on crit from inquisitor ascendancy pairs well with the crit from tree. Same with the consecrated ground mana regen and mind over matter.
So my opinion in short: Will it work? Yes. Will it be as good? No.

I posted a preview video for 3.3 so I will definitely change a bit but I have to wait for final patchnotes.
So patchnotes for 3.3 are released... yeah we got buffed! :)
Spark: damage effectness increasedfrom 70 to 100%, skill duration increased from 1,5 to 2 sec and up to 19% more projectile speed. Additionally we can use Vaal Spark gem... i have to test it out if it is worth but I would guess yes.
Blade Vortex: overworked version with reduced stacks to 10 and incrised crits sounds like more fun to me.
In the next weeks I will level a BV Spark Inquisitor and update this guide accordingly... the build version I posted in my preview for 3.3 will be my base.
So i guess ill start with your build as it is in this guide and the video and ill make any changes when you update! Thanks a lot mate :)

Not sure but should be decent when you use it with all buffs, flasks, etc. active.

Would you recommend doing totems with Firestorm/Flameblast or molten strike with Ancestral Call for lvling?
