i was also wondering this as well. kinda also curious to how high we can go without the blade vortex set up. i would really like to level with spark and how high can you progress before you have to have the blade vortex.

Guys be patient... tomorrow the full patchnotes are released and on Thursday we get new skilltree's. My full video build guide is more or less ready. I just need to wait for patch notes to make final adaptions and for the skilltree to include it in the video guide.

You can also play this with only spark but spark mechanics are just bad for single target dps. BV is especially important for bosses in +T15 maps.

I will try everything to publish the build guide for 3.1 on Thursday after I am done.

Want to give this build a go when next league starts. Was going to do spectrebuild again, but that is just way too easy to play with. Want to try something different, even if it means i cant farm content as i used to.
Btw, is biscos collar only mf we can use without sacrificing efficiency?
