Other than a 6l, the life on your gear is low. I was aiming for 70-80+, this is a build that struggles to have high enough of a life pool even with a belly of the beast, take getting life on gear far more seriously.
For some reason you have a mana flask when you shouldn't need one. Your damage should be high enough to leech more than you consume. For such a squishy build you have 0 damage mitigation flasks so you are going to be hit really hard. Consider getting a taste of hate or lions roar or even a basalt. Get nothing evasion related since you have the kaoms roots which means you can't evade attacks anyways when you upgrade gear.
This game had an ES meta for a long time, some of the reasons being were flasks were more than good enough to make up for lack of defenses and with the way this game is designed around one shot mechanics nowdays, you need good flasks and as high of an hp pool as possible to survive them. You should be seeing huge improvements using just 1-2 defensive flasks as well as getting more life.
Your flasks are rolled poorly as well. Also what are you doing to mitigate bleed? I imagine you die each time you get hit by a bleed?
Thanks for feedback. I was so focused on gear i haven't had much thought on the flasks. Swapped them out now so I have a bleed immunity (i was dying to that often), insta recovery and a lion's roar.
Also didn't even know Kaom's was preventing my evasion. Even though i was swapping gear to armour, actually I don't have a good head replacement and that provided 3000 evasion. Also I would have to change skill tree nodes to remove the evasion. So I now have standard boots.
I'm also attempting to get higher life on my gear, so I swapped out ring/amulet. Still only at 4.75k hp but haven't spend a lot on those replacements so I have plenty of currency to make some good deals after I put some thought into what I want.

On my side, I dropped a nice jewel +15dex / 5% AS while dual wielding / 7% max life. Since I am still using Iron reflexes, I have done a little respec : I dropped the two lower life nodes near Thick Skin and took the three nodes near Point Blank to get more evasion and the jewel node. It got me an additionnal 1% phys reduction (thanks to Iron Reflexes) and a DPS boost for only 1% life loss.
Also, you could grab Heat of Oak.
Also also, again : you already have Kaom's roots equipped. You have 4.6k life, but your armour is really low. You have only have 21% phys reduction, which is kinda low if you don't have an insane life pool.
To be honest, at T12 against some bosses, I am focused as hell to not do any mistake, even with 61% phys reduction. So even with 4.6k life, I'm pretty sure that you see a lot of one shot on your part.
And for now I really don't feel the need to switch to Kaom's roots since I'm almost never stunned. Deaths are mostly due to one shots because of the health pool.
You should always check all the things that allows you to survive. If you sacrifice evasion with Unwavering Stance, you should have a lot of life / ES and armour. If you sacrifice armour, you should have a lot of life / ES and ton of evasion.
If you don't have much of everything, even with res capped, that's a pretty deadly gamble on some bosses :]
Yep dropped those health nodes and went for heart of oak, as its same life but has other stats.
Point taken about defensive stats. Got rid of Kaom's for now untill I have full armour.

Use Blood Magic as your 3rd link if don't need Fortify, specially in no regen maps.

So far I am only A10, lvl66 with this build and haven't even gotten into mapping yet, but before I go further I was wondering if this is one of the better 3.0 FB builds or if I'm just going to waste my time going further. It might sound harsh but recently I've been doing some looking around at other FB builds and personally they just seem much more reasonable overall. Can this build even do Atziri without spending hundreds of Chaos? I'd appreciate if someone could just look around at my build currently and point out anything I should change or take note of, thanks <3.
Edit: I have plenty of fun on this build and I don't need it to be capable of every possible endgame goal but, how far can I really take this without spending lets say 150+ chaos. (I'm pretty poor :P)
