[3.0 SC/HC] Aixx's indepth HoWA ST Raider Guide ♣ [ Shaper | Guardians | U. Atziri ]

Could anybody help me out? i'm playing this build in 3.0 and I know I only have one claw but, my current dps is only like 6k which is no bueno because I die to trivial things due to lack of life leech. my gear is pretty good I have about 8k ES but i'm really not sure what's wrong with my DPS

why exactly we cant use 2x howa anymore?
because of es nerf or do 2x howa doesnt stack anymore?

I only gained 9-53 ligthning damage in dual wielding with 531 Intelligence. Does that mean the damage stills stacks but got nerfed?

so any changes?

Because of soul of the brine king in the pantheon does that mean u dont need unwavering anymore?
