Anyone smarter than me explain why multistrike is better than elemental focus? In path of building my DPS on magma balls goes from 305 000 to 660 000 using elemental focus. I get that multistrike attacks 2 more times but is that in the same time it takes to hit once without it? Just curious on how the numbers work.

Not sure it's worth losing ancestral call over. Might be though, guess I'll have to try.

also not sure but if you can shootgun with ancestral call you might just want to put it in instead of conc effect and suddently wouldn't even need frost blades

After being reminded about my accuracy I picked up some gloves with added accuracy. I'm now up to 89% hit chance. I don't think there is much more I can do (within a reasonable budget) other than get a six link chest.

I thought about that too, clearing with molten is decent but the delay before mobs die is a little off putting.

I switched ancestral call to elemental focus on the single target DPS boost is just insane.

Just an update, just destroyed shaper. The single target DPS is insane. I am just switching multistrike and ancestral call depending on if I'm mapping or bossing.

You meant AC to ele Damage with attack (thats what I did)? Elemental focus is a blue game, AC is red.


I swap carebear helm to Lighproacher (Dropped from Lich) for Trash clearing. Its pretty fun. ALso feel like D2 necromancer with poison Nova.

Map drop is bad for me this league, & I barely get red maps....I am fairly sure my build is good enough for guradian/Shaper, base on my experience with previous build.

Nah my 6 Link is MS - WED - AC - Conc - Ice bite - elemental focus and I switch out AC for multistrike on bosses.

For culling strike is OK just one Toa with culling, or it has to be culling on both of them?
