What's the link priority for a 5L?

I'm trying to figure out the gem setup.
Maps = Tornado + GMP + Added chaos + Unbound + Chain + Vile toxin?
Boss = Barrage + GMP + Added chaos + Unbound + Chain + Vile toxin?
Deadly ailments some use it and some don't ...whats the best?

Deadly ailments seems always better than vile toxins, since the direct attack damage is almost negligible.
I'd use then
Tornado + GMP + added chaos + unbound + deadly ailments + chain, and then swap ts with barrage and chain with vile toxins for single bosses .

Also side note, if bosses create a lot of adds you can keep chain, it's effective.
