Seems that arc totems without nodes on damage are better than FB with some nodes...

Arc totems have worse single target and die to reflect. Also you won't have as much defense as this build

Doryani's Delusion Titan Greaves what you think about this nice Greaves you can save one gem and use for example phaste run with insta cast in mine(i get alot body block in mine) look realy great but you lost resist ofc and in Greaves you must roll lighting/cold dmg not fire and you will trigger EE with shield charge and with lvl 25 POF you got +1 max resist as bonus but i must test because i think mana reservation will be ok but not 100% sure

I mean only for leveling, not as final build. imho arc is better than FB and frostbolt with jewels.
