If we're talking full dps, you would probably want dual/triple curse setup, and spec out of Static Blows into Throatseeker. You also neglected Doom Cast.
Also, you most likely will not need to use Hasty Reconstruction in 3.3.

There's a lot you can do to push DPS, yes. Question is, do you need to? Probably not.

Past a certain point it's just an e-peen contest, you only need so much to roflstomp the entire game. I'd say anything past 4 mil is overkill with minimal skills.

well just saw cluster traps take multiple charges now so i think its better to stick to a duration trap ill go with lightning spire lets see how it will go xD.

What dou you guys think of Trickster as an alternative to Sab?
You get mana sustain via Weave the Arcane, 1 Frenzy/Power charge and the eva/es hybrid nodes for defense as a hybrid character. Additionaly some attack/cast speed for movement skills and the new traps scaling with cast speed. For life/es sustain you use Tinkerskin and invest into the trigger aoe on tree + 1 hair trigger jewel which should get you to 18 trigger radius. The new support gem which gives multi per PC and throw speed per FC should also synergize nicely.

Has anyone built out an Arc Trap character in PoB yet that wouldn't mind sharing a link?

This build looks very interesting but the loss of the helm enchant and the crazy buff to Arcs single target makes me want to try that over BL.
