You can, but in general getting daggers is much harder and is MUCH more expensive. Because noone gives a shit about wands, but people use daggers a lot for BV

There are no STATS STICKS in the build lol. We are using 1 or 2 shimmerons

Fantastic build. It absolutely steamrolls everything with fairly mediocre gear and a 5L spire. If you're struggling, I would suggest watching the build video. If you're careful and have half-decent reflexes, you can roflstomp most anything. That said, as disclosed in the video, it's definitely sketchy around packs of extra fast mobs and is susceptible to 1HKOs pretty easily around certain high ranked syndicate members (e.g. Janus).
