Would anyone recommend this build as a leaguestarter? Looking for a build for the incursion flashback and decided to give ele hit a try. Disregarding the fact that levelling with bows suck, what do you guys think about how this build will perform as a leaguestart?

Will the damage be enough without the 2x threshold jewels?

Yes for saving points and some damage if enemy is covered in ash

Maybe I missed something here but I did get a quiver with phys dam leeched as mana(as in the guide), but it really doesn't do anything. So being forced to run with a mana flask at the moment. What is the main mana leech with the build?

Use jewels with + mana gained on hit until you get xoph's and can respec down towards duelist leech nodes.
