The damage is converted before the element is chosen, so with call of the brotherhood converting lighting to cold, then cold to fire with pyre or frostferno it adds a significant amount of damage to the fire ele hit.

IC lvl 1 or 3 doesn't make any difference. You do know you can also de-level a gym with a scouring? :)

Hi, i was just wondering why should we stop using pyre when getting frostferno 'cause it gives such a huge dps (aoe + single target) compared to any other ring i've tried.
And yes i've already switched the fire pen for cold to fire on my bow (should have done it sooner, my dps double)
It is better to just stick with it or use the assassin's mark on hit ?

Where did the tree without xophs but with lioneyes / soul rake go?

Pyre contributes minimal stats, and most of its offensive benefit is tied to Burning, which we don't generally need or deal a lot of outside of bossing against sturdy bosses. You're better with an Opal Ring (paired with Call of the Brotherhood).

I’ve never been farther in this game than I am with this build. Did my first ever T15 Elder, first try with no deaths, pretty stoked about that. Got Shaper down to about 25% but ran out of portals (never done the fight) but pretty sure he’s dead next time by.

Anyone mind taking a look at my gear and giving me suggestions on what to improve? I feel my gloves, belt and quivers (AoE and ST) are lacking. I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks for the amazing build!!

LMAOOOOOOOOOOO 1,000 hours in this game & I actually didn't know that. I usually run IC 5/CWDT 3 on my necro char, so that is what I'm used to. Would that be fine as well on this char? Obviously 1/1 is more helpful at lower levels cause it triggers sooner.

Also, when should we take Vaal Pact & start using Blood Rage? I rushed to AoF & just got it at level 49. I picked up Vaal Pact too but sometimes with Rage up I degen quite a bit & my mana goes poof real fast, so it's kinda hard to keep up with the degen. I obviously have almost no life nodes picked up, so I'm not sure if it will be better once I grab those. The plan now is to pick up all the easy life nodes & then focus on the crit ones as my DPS is retarded for this level.

Oh & thanks to 99prosorc for this guide, I can't believe how fast leveling with this spec is. Absolutely melt everything that comes in my way.
