if i put 20/20 gems and some changes I just barely hit 1.2m in PoB with xoph's heart?
something im missing?
gear is still fairly shit (except uniques) but I dont see how something like +12% crit multi here and there gives 2m dps. I dont have wise oak for fire pen, cold is currently highest res - need to fix it. but again i doubt this is more than 100k dmg boost.
how do you get to the 2m+ numbers?
Even when I take someone elses PoB I don't see how the dmg adds up.

This is for pretty much every build in poe, maybe im just stupid and dont know how to really use PoB so the true values dont show.

also for some reason PoB for me says ele hit - combustion - ELE FOCUS? - elemental with weapons is MORE damage than ele hit -combustion - fire pen - elemental with weapons. weird? Im using frostferno and my single target in it.
I dont get how ele focus is more dmg, since if I cant ignite I dont benefit from the -20% fire resist from combustion? hmm

Have you ticked both "Enemy is at close range" and "projectile travel distance" 1-10?
Enemy is at close range is important for chin sol, projectile travel distance for point blank.
(This makes a huge difference)
For combustion you need to tick enemy is ignited.
So you cannot use ele focus and combustion, since you wont ignite with ele focus.

- u are using Quill Rain and not Chin sol
- 5 link on clear
- no 20 % Quality
- drop Pyre and get a good Opal ring
- get your fire res as highest

- the tempest
- Prismweave
- Hyrris demise
- tabula 6l Rain of Arrows
- astramentis
this will carry u to maps.
