This setup seems quite good but there is no room for mobility skills such as blink arrow or phase run. Can you handle high tier maps like this or would you recommend dropping, say spell totem or blasphemy aura for 1 mobility combo

Right now my totem is 3 linked and blink is in the 4th gem socket

You should link blink arrow with HoAg + Faster Attacks + Withering Touch
As for phrase run, I use a flask for it, don't know if it's worth it but it feels smooth so I'm taking a flask spot for it. It's your preference.

What about the degen from Bloodrage? : / This can't feel very good. Also...mana sustain? with a tabula 6L and QUillrain, I need a mana pot all the time.
Starting to think thief's torment is the way to go

I'm thinking about switch Quill Rain for Lionseye for Endgame encounters. What do you think guys?
Exactly my thought. Get some upfront physical damage, to leech. Lioneyes is probably best bet. Quillrain= no leech basically.
Also I'm using Maloney's quiver. Huge survivabilty boost

You can go so many ways with this build.
Lvl 86 now and almost never die. Just did replace my quill for a lioneye's with thief torments. Got also The coming calamity so that i can run blasphemy as extra aura. I also use toxic rain for single target. Still have to work on my links but this is already a good solid state.
