Man, the difference between Arc and FP seems pretty big. With my shitty gear at level 80, changing nodes to fit lightning from cold and changing the skill gem setup to the Arc one, the Freezing Pulse build has 25k MORE dps PER TOTEM than Arc.
Poor Arc, you were fun for a bit :( |

I've recently switched from Freezing Pulse Totems to Ice Spear Totems.
I think I prefer Ice Spear. I'm using Snakepit and Gloomfang so that Ice Spear chains twice - clear speed seems comparable to Freezing Pulse with this setup. Single target seems extremely good with Ice Spear. |

Hey.
This is my first totem build and I'm loving it ~T6-8 now and nothing stands a chance. I couldnt give up on the ide of having a 7L so mixed this with another build, and got a tree which works both for ARC and FP. Been using ARC till now and thinking of switching to FP besides the following what else would you recommend to change for this transition: - Wrath -> Zealotry - gem setup -> Freezing Pulse - Faster Casting - Controlled Destruction - Hypothermia - Cold Penetration - Increased Critical Strikes - Planning to upgrade to dual wield 2 x Void Battery when I'll have to money. - I have no idea what to put in the helm :S maybe a CWDT with arctic breath?? it would kinda be an AOE slow? 75 lvl, 3k life, 1.6k mana with mom.

having a blast with this builds this league too. FP feels much better then the new arc. not sure if i should use hyphothermia or not. |

How I get the 4 totem?

" there are a few different ways to get that 4th totem. 1. Shield with +1 totem 2. Soul mantle Chest ( has some negatives you have to deal with, I find it annoying) 3. Multiple totems support gem ( reduces damage by %44 , not great) 4. if you are playing with a bow there is a unique quiver that adds 1 totem.
