here is my review for 1st time TR league starter:
The build is so damn fun, leveling is very easy with 3-4L I can reach act 9 in just 5-6h (and I'm a noob at leveling too). With tabula and quill rain yellow map is just a joke even when all my item is very bad. And this build work great with this league mechanic, the blue decay can't touche you if you run like a mofo and blink arrow isn't affected by this blue thing too, solid 10/10 build.

I just got my quill rain so I got a little confused if I was doing something wrong. I'm currently: Toxic Rain+Void manup+mirage archer+vicious projectiles, are these four gems fine for quill rain until I roll/get more sockets?

No. But you can always roll a flask

This build is fun so far, got my Quill Rain and it really picked up. I'm only struggling with mana now and then, got a flask for now to help me.

I think I'm not getting something. You recommend the standard mana leech node and Wurm's Molt, but since this build is mainly DoT I don't get almost any leech (i.e. can't sustain mana). Am I missing something?

Another thing is Drillneck, from what I've seen Toxic Rain cannot pierce, so it doesn't help a lot, or am I missing something again?

Does the Vile Toxins in the gloves work with any of the gems you have in the gloves, or is the rest of the gloves just good enough on their own?
