"I have, it is slightly worse than Shield Charge in speed and infinitely worse in efficacy (the hitbox is just tiny). I'd say we would still need Cyclone for rares (can't use Whirling Blades in place, really bad for single target), so it seems like a not very useful choice anyway. |

Maybe making a "Running" Version of this build would make more sense now with phaserun and Bladevortex+unleash

Seems like the singletarget might increase by a lot now doesnt it? (4L lvl 21 GC) + 21 Arcane surge?

"No, the 4L is ~28% more average damage compared to a 3L, while the proc rate is around one third compared to Cospri's Malice. In a perfect scenario, that comes out to be around 42% total dps, or in other words, 58% dps loss. EDIT: Arcane Surge isn't accounted for, as it comes and goes based on its timer. Hey really cool build! Is there a way to make it with work great for 3.7? What is best, replacing shield charge or replacing gear to keep it autobomber?
