You can do it 100%.

For me, the gamechanger was the massive life/on hit rate from Excess Sustenance annoint + Wind Dancer for the extra max hit. I could not be one shot, and any damage I suffered would be recovered in a second. Coupled with the new Shadowed Blood, you're virtually immortal.

So yeah, life recovery is king I think.

Made some more attempts. Tested different setups. Currently using Shadowed Blood, but I can't say whether it's better than Oshabi's Elusiveness.
I'm making no progress beyond wave 14. Still gotta try Excess Sustenance, though.
I must admit, I'm a bit sick of it at the moment. I'll retry again later.

After lvl 97 it's time for a new character. It's been a lot of fun, and more than likely going to league start this as default in future leagues!
