Pretty bored of arc traps so looking to swap to this build. Have 60+ exa I can throw at it. I like to run t15 or 16 maps then spawn and kill uber elder and repeat.. Have a few questions for anyone that knows this build well..

1.Guessing I go the acuity and 2nd coral ring. Does anything else need to be changed with this set up? Or better gear options like a different shield/helm or warlords mark?

2. Wheres the best place to get the 14% cooldown.

3. How much attack speed do I get on Cospris 14%?

4. best end game jewels?

5. best enchants?

6. same skill tree with this setup?

7. how do I deal with the uber elder slow. with my arc trap build I would use kaoms roots and swap a ring to make up the resist.

1. Not really for now! There are some changes coming in the tree in 5 days. Not home yet from vacation so cant update it right now.

2. A rare belt is the most common place to get it.

3. Not really sure what you mean there, if you are asking if you need 14% cospri - it's a yes if you get 14%+ cooldown.

6. Yes for now as answeared in 1st question. Stay tuned for changes in 5-6 days

7. Thats the hard part, you either watch for the animation and prepare to use movement skills or you get those kaoms roots again! It's a hard part to manage with cyclone I have to admit. Will take some practice.

So how is this build vs uber elder? Probly wont be too hard to swap to kaoms and change a ring but never used cyclone so that has me a lil worried.

How is this build compared to arc traps for mapping and bossing?

Cant really compare those two since I havent played/seen it yet. I do see some people switched from that here and say they enjoy this more so maybe ask others :P

Single target is pretty crazy and clearspeed is up there if you have a great quicksilver flask as shown, even better with onslaught flask.

If you want to keep using Basalt Flask instead of Onslaught, take the "Coordination" node in the passive skill tree and 8% Attack Speed from rare gloves or a jewel (Big thanks to Aim_Deep for this idea!).

When we go this route with acuity build and 14% cooldown reduce. Do we still get the 14% cospri?

Yep! you can always check your cyclone aps at hideout too to make sure. since you will have cooldown recovery, 3.7 should be your goal.

Sry for dumb questions but its my 2nd league and only tried 2 builds before this. Does the adds cold dmg or adds cold dmg to spells matter more on the cospri?

If you are investing lots of exalts into this (or you can settle with a lower tier Life mod - I don't recommend this) you can also use gloves with (30 - 50)% Increased Damage with Hits against Chilled Enemies. That will make me jealous though, so please don't.



If we can afford to buy another nice rare jewel, would you switch anything to get another jewel slot and where? Using the acuity build

Since many people already asked questions and you also will update the build in 5-6 days, I really looking forward it.

This is my first time playing the game and I was following another build which is pretty underwhelming. But ever since I made the switch I finally able to do both izaro, shaper and elder with really ease.

P/s Can you make tree for level like around 90? not many can climb those >95 levels

One thing though, check your attack speed by pressing C and selecting cyclone. You probably have more than 3.0. You might need to change your cospri to 8% or 9% attack speed. Check the important spoiler under the gear and uniques section for more details.

So this is my current gear:





I ended up with some pretty nice setup (pretty expensive too), thinking about swapping the inc duration of the arcane surge for the dread banner and using an enlighten with the enfeeble/herald to solve some mana issues, I always find myself not using flame dash all that often anyways.

The ring looks like shit but its exactly what I needed to balance my resistances and take full advantage of the wise oak while getting the shock on focus.

My question is, wouldn't it be better to swap the gifts from above for another high life/all res ring or would the damage/regen be too noticeable?

Also, wouldn't a mana on hit viridian jewel solve all the mana issues with this attack speed? I might try that too.

The best (and expensive) 2 options now are either enfeeble on hit gloves with good life/resists or acuity.

With 10% Im pretty sure you get more than 3.03 which is the max.
