I see on the POB that the sceptre is crafted with "Added # to # Cold damage to spells", but the "Added # to # Cold damage" mod gives higher stats - and i think it applies to both spells and attacks, thus boosting cyclone damage too and overall higher damage boost. isn't it better?	投稿者消去済み日時 2019/06/19 15:12:49

" Fwiw, I've been looking on Poe ninja and a lot of the top trickster builds are using a max level steelskin + CDWT setup. Wouldn't work for me since I need purifying flames + CDWT to be cast as much as possible, but for others that are using a cast on hit set up for PF, I think steelskin is gonna be better than immortal call. I assume the plan would be to run CDWT + Steelskin at the highest levels possible? Would you still link it to Increased Duration? That really depends on your gear, if you have decent gear you will have that much ES. But yeah, if you are on low ES, do not switch to CI yet.
