How are you achieving 100% chance to poison? can't seem to figure this out

" From Corallito. I updated the leveling guide recently to add mention for this. If you don't have Corallito, grab some extra poison chance nodes on tree near Toxic Strikes and Fatal Toxins, that will cap you. My builds:

Small build update
- Completely revamped Leveling & Gearing section - Added complete list of leveling gear usable from level 1 5 and 8 and from there to maps - Cleaned up Path of Building section I decided to dump my summoner and just go with SA as I originally planned, and with that I also decided to simply share leveling gear I almost always use for my bow builds (mainly for this one). I also cleaned up some other sections to be easier to navigate and more readable and understandable (hopefully). My builds:
