It’s certainly possible to play just about any mine spell, but some take way more investment than others. Icicle is one of those. It’s a great skill, but just doesn’t scale hard enough at the endgame without huge investment.

But it's been fun. Freezing entire screens is an experience which everyone should go through :D
No alt quality on Icicle, no boot enchant, no helm enchant. Probably need cold pen in links now rather than empower, also woke cold is probably better than controlled destruction.
Missing at least 30-35% of your possible damage right there.
