I forgot that mana is useful really - that mod frees up two passive points for me. Up to 365k dps in hideout.

Little update from my previous recommendation regarding Arcane Swiftness in combination with Glancing Blows. I've managed to level up high enough that I can just path to Arcane Swiftness and because we have Glancing Blows, annointing Command of Steel provides the highest damage boost (more so than Heart of Ice, Heartseeker, Flash Freeze, etc.) as well as 6% more block chance.
