" I have 17% CDR in belt so it shouldn't be a problem. changed passives like you said, and I'm trying to get good sceptre but as you said not too many at market. I was wondering why my ball lightning dmg in pob is about 120k lower than in guide pob does awakened gems better sceptre etc bring that much dps increase? |
