I think he might be asking that because when you import the Leaguestart POB for this build, there's 20% suppression on helmet, 20% on boots and 30% on the chest.

It's actually the other way, the videos are old and the new version is life based.

If the PoB you are looking at is an Inquisitor that's the correct one.
